We stayed here for one day, and this property should be booked only for the view. The view is beautiful, especially during the snow season, but that is the only positive. The property is poorly maintained and clearly lacks proper cleaning. The overall condition needs serious improvement. In addition, the person responsible was completely unreachable—calls were never answered, and no assistance was available when required. There are no nearby convenience stores, so if you plan to stay here, you must carry all food and essentials in advance. Cup noodles were the only option for our dinner and breakfast. Overall, while the view is stunning during snowfall, the poor maintenance and lack of service significantly affect the experience. This place needs major improvements in cleanliness, upkeep, and guest support.
