We stayed 7 nights for Xmas vacation, we were looking for apartment with 2 toilets, and messaged the owner to confirm if the rooms match our need. The owner said yes the apartment equipped with 2 toilets and they wouldn’t be able to provide any floor layout but when we showed up there is only one toilet. We’ve being lied and I called the owner she said if I want to cancel the reservation and there will be no refund! No check in confirmation code was received prior check in and the apartment is next to a graveyard!
